Southwest Point

Our historical three-story building on Flagler St. enjoys the convenience of having a supermarket across the street and being only two blocks away from Miami Senior High School. Our first floor offers commercial space for rent to local businesses. We offer a coin-operated laundry room and some parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available. The building was built in 1930, and we are proud to maintain its features as a remembrance of the period. There are many restaurants, medical centers, and other businesses only minutes away, as well as public transportation.
